Job summary

The Walter Hall Golf Course, part of Troon, seeks a part-time Guest Service Attendant in Everett, WA. You will support golf operations by managing carts, assisting guests, and upholding course policies. This seasonal position lasts up to 6 months and offers a competitive hourly rate.

Ideal candidates have excellent customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with the public. Prior golf knowledge is a plus, and reliability is essential to maintain smooth daily

Responsibilities

• Maintains professional appearance.
• Brings carts from the cart barn in the morning and returns carts to the cart barn at the end of the day.
• Cleans, waters, checks carts after each use and restocks as required.
• Cleans and maintains cart barn/cart washing area.
• Washes, dries, and stores cart each night to ensure they are ready for golfer use the following day.
• Receives and communicates complaints to the Golf Shop.
• Works closely with Golf Shop staff to prepare and conduct golf tournaments.
• Implements and supports all course policies and programs as communicated by management.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.

Description

Walter Hall GolfCourse, located in Evertt, WA, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Guest Service Attendant! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Role Type:

Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less)

Compensation:

$20.77 - $21.00 per hour

Summary:

As a key member of the property’s golf operations team, the Cart Staff reports directly to the General Manager or Golf Shop Supervisor and attends to the golf cart fleet as well as other duties as directed.
