Job summary

Troon's Legion Memorial Golf Course in Everett, WA is hiring a part-time Cart Attendant for a seasonal role lasting up to 6 months. You will bring carts from the cart barn, assist guests, maintain cart cleanliness, and support golf tournaments under supervision.

The position requires a friendly, reliable team player with strong guest service skills and basic knowledge of golf operations. Seasonal hours and competitive hourly pay are available, with eligibility for health benefits and retirement

Qualifications

• Must have friendly personality and enjoy working with the public.
• Working knowledge of the rules of golf is preferred.
• Ability to learn and enforce course policies, rules, and regulations.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to use equipment and tools properly and safely.
• Must be able to safely operate golf carts and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintains professional appearance.
• Brings carts from the cart barn in the morning and returns carts to the cart barn at the end of the day.
• Cleans, waters, checks carts after each use and restocks as required.
• Cleans and maintains cart barn/cart washing area.
• Washes, dries, and stores cart each night to ensure they are ready for golfer use the following day.
• Receives and communicates complaints to the Golf Shop.
• Works closely with Golf Shop staff to prepare and conduct golf tournaments.
• Implements and supports all course policies and programs as communicated by management.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.

We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. Role Type

Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less)

Compensation

$20.77 - $22.00 per hour
