Job summary

Round1 Entertainment Inc. in Aurora, IL is seeking a Front of House team member to deliver exceptional service in a lively bowling/arcade/karaoke venue. You will take orders, operate the POS, and assist with opening/closing tasks.

A High School diploma or GED is required, and staff serving alcohol must be 21+. Night and weekend availability is preferred. Hospitality experience is a plus, bartending experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 1–2 years of hospitality/retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS for food and drinks.
• Prepare food and beverages per company standards.
• Reset and buss seating area.
• Wash dishes and utensils.
• Open and close cash tills and perform closing procedures.
• Manage food and beverage inventory.
• Maintain proper refrigerator and freezer temperatures.
• Handle inventory of plates, cups, and utensils.
• Perform restroom checks and clean as required.
• Provide courteous, responsive customer service.
