Job summary

Responsibilities

• Operate POS register for food and drinks (including bar when directed).
• Prepare food and beverages according to company policies and standards.
• Reset and bus the food court seating area.
• Washes and dries dishes, glasses, and utensils.
• Open/close cash tills and perform kitchen cleaning duties as directed.
• Manage food and beverage inventory per store policies.
• Ensure proper temperatures in refrigerators/freezers.
• Provide friendly, responsive customer service to requests.
• Occasionally operate POS system to collect payments and allocate bowling lanes.
