Open positions require a High School diploma or GED and 1–2 years in hospitality or retail. Shifts include opening and closing times; you’ll help maintain games, assist customers, and support management.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 1–2 years experience in hospitality or retail.

Responsibilities

• During assigned shifts engage customers to determine whether their needs are met.
• Maintain inventory levels in amusement games.
• Maintain games and counters clean and visibly attractive to customers’ eyes.
• Respond responsively, and politely with a friendly demeanor to customers’ requests.
• Answers phone calls for all general inquiries.
• Performs special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.
