Job summary

Round1 Entertainment Inc in North Riverside, IL, is seeking a friendly, outgoing team member to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced bowling/arcade environment.

You will handle POS transactions, prepare items, keep the dining and bar areas clean, and assist with inventory and opening/closing procedures. Night and weekend availability preferred.

High school diploma required; 21+ for alcohol handling; prior bowling venue experience a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years in hospitality or retail preferred.
• Bartending experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS register for food and drinks.
• Prepare food and beverage items per company standards.
• Reset and bus seating in the food court area.
• Wash and dry dishes and utensils.
• Open and close cash tills and maintain area cleanliness.
• Manage inventory and proper food safety temperatures.
• Handle alcohol responsibly for 21+ staff.
• Respond to customer requests with a friendly demeanor.
• Support in occasional lane and arcade payments processing.
