Responsabilités

• Deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Ensure team members understand and train to Target's guest experience commitments and consistent operations.
• Observe and provide feedback, hold team members accountable, recognize great guest moments.
• Review area guest, financial and team metrics; take actions to improve and align on execution.
• Plan and execute daily/weekly workload to hit department and store sales goals and guest engagement, including merchandising and promotions.
• Lead a guest-focused, efficient Food & Beverage team and complete the Daily Standards walk.
• Assess backroom and sales floor areas; prioritize workload needs for business priorities.
• Establish clear goals and hold team members accountable to expectations.
• Partner with store leadership to influence sales performance and workload delivery.
• Maintain a fresh, full and food-safe area during operating hours with strong inventory management and Food Safety policies.
• Assign daily tasks to team members based on workload and guest traffic patterns.
• Monitor progress and close skill gaps through coaching and development.
• Lead team huddles to communicate focuses and trends.
