Target Corp in Vadnais Heights, MN is seeking a Food & Beverage Team Leader to guide a team, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold quality standards. The role involves managing daily tasks, coaching team members, and coordinating with store leadership to meet sales and guest service goals.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong communication, leadership, and cash handling skills, with alignment to Target’s standards and brand guidelines.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail and/or food experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work a variable schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach a Food & Beverage team to deliver guest experience commitments.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to meet sales goals and guest engagement.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and food safety standards on the sales floor.
• Partner with store leadership to execute promotions and pricing changes.
