Target is seeking a Food & Beverage Sales Executive Team Leader in Minneapolis to drive store sales, lead a team, and uphold Target’s brand standards. You will manage guest experience, safety, and daily operations while developing team members and coordinating with store leadership.

The role requires a 4-year degree or equivalent experience, strong communication, and business acumen. Expect a dynamic environment with varied shifts including weekends and evenings.

• Drive total store sales and contribute to store profitability.

• Oversee Food & Beverage standards, inventory and promotions.
• Assist in maintaining brand standards for applicable areas.
• Plan and execute organizational and operational changes.
• Build relationships with vendors and internal partners.
