Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous food or grocery experience preferred, but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow multi-step processes.
• Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by greeting, helping guests, and resolving issues.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.

• Deliver a fresh and full shopping experience during all hours of operation.
• Uphold Food & Beverage standards and safety protocols.
• Assist with replenishment, signage, merchandising and backroom organization as needed.
