Job summary

Target is seeking a Food & Beverage Expert in Minnesota to ensure a fresh, friendly guest experience across the store's food and beverage areas. You will help with replenishment, pricing, signing and keeping product in stock while adhering to food safety standards.

You will work with a fast-paced team, greet guests, assist with finding items, and support other team members during peak hours, nights, and holidays. Prior experience is helpful but not required.

• Guest service fundamentals and experience building a guest-first culture.
• Team-oriented with ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Clear communication with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience for all guests.
• Greet guests at 10ft and 4ft zones with a warm, helpful interaction.
• Help guests find products, resolve issues and ensure smooth shopping.
• Support back-up cashier, order pickup and drive-up duties when needed.
• Maintain food safety standards and assist with replenishment and merchandising.
