Job summary

Target is seeking a Food & Beverage Team Leader to oversee guest experience, operations, and team performance on the sales floor. You will lead hourly team members, manage inventory and pricing, and partner with store leadership to deliver the Target guest experience.

The role focuses on maintaining food safety standards, driving sales goals, and coaching staff to deliver consistent, high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to manage inventory and pricing on the sales floor

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly experience.
• Ensure team understands and delivers Target’s guest experience standards.
• Lead a team of hourly team members including interviewing, training, coaching and development.
• Review area metrics and take actions to improve guest experience and sales results.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to support Food & Beverage priorities and sales goals.
• Establish clear goals with direct leader and hold team accountable to expectations.
