Job summary

Target is hiring a Food & Beverage Expert for our Boston store. You will create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting guests, helping them find items, and resolving issues to ensure a smooth shopping trip.

You will work in a fast-paced, physical role with a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends. Training is provided to build skills in food safety, merchandising, and guest service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in food or grocery helpful but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate scanners and tech as directed.
• Work independently or with a team and resolve guest questions quickly.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Greet guests and assist with finding items or resolving issues.
• Support team and maintain a positive attitude.
• Deliver an easy and inspiring shopping experience during all hours of operations.
• Execute Food & Beverage processes including replenishment, in-stocks, signing and organizing backroom space.
• Follow food safety requirements and promote products to increase sales.
• Work with vendors to maintain displays and organize backroom space.
• Adhere to safety policies and compliance and handle cash as needed.
