Job summary

Target is seeking a Food & Beverage Team Leader in San Ramon to guide a dynamic team and drive guest satisfaction within a fast-paced retail setting.

You will oversee daily operations, coach hourly team members, coordinate with store leadership, and ensure safety and quality standards while supporting sales goals and promotions.

Qualifications include 18+ years, a HS diploma or equivalent, and retail/food experience; health benefits and employee programs are available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail and/or food experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong interest and knowledge of the Food & Beverage business.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments and maintain a welcoming store environment.
• Train, coach, and develop hourly team members; lead team huddles and store-wide initiatives.
• Manage daily workload to meet department and store sales goals; ensure timely execution of tasks.
• Maintain Food Safety standards, inventory accuracy, and proper merchandising and pricing.
