Job summary

Target in San Luis Obispo is seeking a Food & Beverage Team Leader to guide a team of hourly associates, uphold guest experience commitments, and manage daily workload to meet store goals. You will train, coach, and evaluate team members, coordinate with leaders, maintain fresh, in-stock merchandise, and ensure compliance with safety and brand standards.

The role requires at least 18 years old, a high school diploma, and prior retail/food experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail and/or food experience preferred.
• Strong guest service, communication and leadership skills.
