Job Summary

Ensure staff collaborates effectively to provide optimal service and meet guest needs. Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment and areas, and securing premises. Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas, monitor dining room seating and service, and report maintenance issues promptly. Report incidents involving employees, guests, or vendors to management and document appropriately.

Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees; serve as a role model.
