Job summary

Noble House Hotels & Resorts seeks a Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the F&B department at our Del Mar property. You will supervise service staff, ensure excellent guest service, and manage training and performance.

Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this hands-on role. You will engage with guests, manage shifts, and collaborate with other supervisors to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in F&B with at least 1 year in supervisory/lead role.
• Knowledge of service standards, food safety and hygiene.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends/holidays.
• Food Safety Certification (e.g. ServSafe).

Responsibilities

• Supervise service staff to ensure efficient, friendly service.
• Coach, train, schedule, and manage performance.
• Open/close MOD duties; handle cash and deposits.
• Engage with guests, address concerns, gather feedback.
• Assist on the floor and coordinate shift transitions.
