Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Chief Engineer OEM for Courtyard Atlanta Decatur Downtown/Emory. This hands-on leadership role keeps hotel systems, equipment and facilities in peak condition to ensure guest comfort and property performance.

You will lead the engineering team, schedule shifts, perform safety drills, handle maintenance requests, and manage critical infrastructure such as boilers and chillers under local regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years hotel maintenance or related experience.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Current HVAC, pool, or electrical certifications.
• Licensed to operate boilers and chillers per local laws.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of hotel rooms and public spaces per standards.
• Lead, train, and schedule the engineering team.
• Conduct fire safety inspections and drills.
• Respond to maintenance requests to boost guest satisfaction.
• Patrol grounds and manage Lost and Found.
• Access sensitive areas with trust and sound judgment.
