Job summary

The Marriott Columbia Downtown is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee the hotel\'s dining outlets and in-room service. You will help run the beverage program, uphold Marriott Standards, and ensure outstanding guest satisfaction in a busy hotel environment.

The ideal candidate has bartending experience and 2+ years of supervisor experience, plus 3+ years of bartending in hotels. This full-time role requires a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.

Food and Beverage Supervisor

The Columbia Marriott is looking to hire a F&B Supervisor. The F&B Supervisor manages Midland's Restaurant, Rock's Lounge, Concierge Lounge, and In Room Dining. Duties also include assisting with the beverage program, ensuring Marriott Standards are in place, and ensuring excellent guest satisfaction. Midlands has an award-winning menu and an extensive bourbon & cocktail menu.

This is a full-time position that requires flexible schedule (days, evenings, and weekends).

Bartending experience is required. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of supervisor experience, has worked in hotels, and has 3+ years of experience bartending.

This is a great position to get in at the ground level at the largest hotel in Columbia.
