Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Degree in hospitality or related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years in food & beverage or hospitality
• Prior supervisory experience required
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices

Responsibilities

• Lead the service team and maintain high service standards
• Oversee daily F&B operations and ensure seamless service flow
• Monitor food quality, presentation and overall service standards
• Assist with hiring, training and development of team members
• Support opening and closing procedures and operational readiness
• Collaborate with kitchen and management to improve service efficiency
