LEFT LANE Hospitality Group, LLC is opening Recess Hotel & Club Savannah and seeks a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join the leadership team responsible for daily operations of restaurants, bars, and event spaces. You will help deliver luxury guest experiences and lead a high-performing service crew from the floor.

This role offers growth in a dynamic luxury hotel environment with emphasis on operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and team engagement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day service operations across outlets.

About the role

Recess Hotel & Club is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our Food & Beverage leadership team and support the daily operations of our restaurants, bars, and event spaces. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional looking to advance their leadership career while gaining experience in a dynamic luxury hotel environment.

The Food & Beverage Supervisor will assist in leading daily service operations, supporting team development, maintaining service standards, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences across all Food & Beverage outlets. This position works closely with managers and frontline team members to drive operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and team engagement.

What you’ll do

• Supervise day-to-day service operations across assigned food and beverage outlets
• Lead by example on the floor, providing active support during service periods
