Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or currently enrolled and complete GED within 6 months.
• Associate’s Degree in related field is required.
• Two years of Food & Beverage Supervisory experience is required.
• Experience as a Dual-Rate Supervisor in a Wind Creek Hospitality F&B Department is required.
• Two years in the hiring department or related department is required.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Able to work multi-shift, complex operations and manage costs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing programs to improve operations and guest interactions.
• Help develop and implement customer service training for VIP guests and events.
• Administer scheduling to balance service levels and productivity.
• Counsel, train, and guide assigned personnel in duties.
• Oversee use of systems and contribute to procedures, budgets, and documentation.
• Handle guest complaints promptly and take corrective action.
