Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Related field required.
• High School diploma or GED required or currently enrolled and complete GED within 6 months.
• Two years’ Food and/or Beverage Supervisory experience required.
• Or One year experience as a Dual-Rate Supervisor in a Wind Creek Hospitality F&B Department required.
• Or Two years’ experience in the hiring position’s Department required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing programs to improve operations and revenue.
• Help develop customer service training for VIP guests and events.
• Administer cost controls and scheduling to balance service and productivity.
• Counsel and train staff on duties and procedures.
• Operate and document procedures, budgets, and reporting.
• Address guest complaints and take corrective action.
• Oversee staffing changes and hiring/promotions decisions.
• Assist in menu and wine list development as requested.
• Promote restaurant/beverage initiatives and property-wide programs.
• Review daily promotions and station assignments from pre-shift info.
