Q Center is seeking a Full Time Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee team members and service operations across dining areas, coffee breaks, banquets, and retail outlets. Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating with event planning and culinary teams, training, motivating, coaching staff, and managing expenses and labor costs.

The schedule varies, including days, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. Starting pay is $22.00/hour.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or related experience
• At least 1 year of experience in a hotel or related field
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Knowledge of food prep, bar terminology, and wine service
• Basic computer skills
• BASSET and Food Handler certifications required

Physical Requirements:

• Flexible hours, including long shifts
• Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force
• Ability to stand during entire shift
