Job summary

Legends is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to support the Food and Beverage Manager in daily operations across events and venues. This role focuses on staffing, training, service standards, inventory, and safety compliance to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will collaborate with the team, supervise staff, manage cash handling procedures, and ensure quality and sanitation. Strong organization, attention to detail, and fluency in English are essential; availability for nights,

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Strong attention to detail and highly organized with excellent time management.

Responsibilities

Assist the Senior Food and Beverage Manager with staffing, scheduling, training, and coaching of staff.
Directly manage staff while interfacing with customers.
Maintain and control high-volume food and beverage inventory.
Train and enforce responsible service of alcohol and ensure compliance with procedures.
Develop and enforce service, sanitation, and product/food quality standards.
Ensure cash handling procedures are documented and followed.
Coordinate with coworkers to maintain service standards, inventory, and cash controls.
Conduct inventory audits and perform reconciliations.
