Job summary

Sage Restaurant Group is hiring a Food and Beverage Supervisor for the AC Hotel Minneapolis Downtown. You will supervise the restaurant and room service operations, ensuring safe, sanitary practices and profitable, quality products in line with brand standards.

The role requires 1–2 years in a related position, a high school diploma, strong communication, leadership, and the ability to manage guests and staff across varying shifts.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• Experience in food and beverage supervision preferred.
• Excellent oral communication and guest relations skills.
• Ability to manage staff, costs, and SOP adherence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operations of AC Kitchen and AC Lounge to ensure brand standards.
• Forecast sales, schedule staff within budget, and attend BEO meetings.
• Monitor service standards, train staff, and maintain safe, sanitary environments.
• Coordinate with departments and manage guest comments to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain bank to SOP and communicate events or special requirements.
