What You Get To Do

• Assist with creating ambassador schedules and maintaining timekeeping records
• Prepare and track daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Address complaints and resolve problems
• Supervise and train ambassadors
• Plan, assign and direct work
• Order and maintain products and supplies
• Ensure food quality, guest service, profit enhancement, ambassador satisfaction, and facility sanitation standards are maintained
• Enter notifications for repairs to keep the facility maintained
• Record daily events in communication logs
• Coordinate with maintenance for equipment and facility operation
• Maintain repair logs and control labor costs
• Perform supervisory responsibilities including hiring, training, performance appraisals, and discipline
• Ensure excellent guest service by responding to guest needs and expectations
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Assist at other park locations as needed

What It Takes To Succeed

• Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or equivalent experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic math skills including fractions, decimals, and whole numbers
• Ability to interpret graphs and compute rates, ratios, and percentages
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to obtain ServSafe Manager Certification
• Ability to pass alcohol training, Food Handlers tests, and maintain a valid Food Handlers card
• Ability to lift 55 pounds and stand for prolonged periods
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
• Positive interaction skills with guests and coworkers of diverse backgrounds and needs
