Job Title: Food & Beverage Supervisor

Location: Kissimmee, FL

FLSA Status: Hourly, Non-Exempt

Job Responsibilities

1. Oversee daily restaurant operations in the absence of the Outlet Leader, ensuring smooth service.
2. Assist Outlet Leaders with enforcing company guidelines, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and managing meal breaks.
3. Supervise and support FOH and BOH staff, providing guidance and leadership.
4. Deliver exceptional customer service and foster a positive work environment to enhance team morale and guest satisfaction.
5. Stay informed about current specials, promotions, and events across all outlets and the resort to support team awareness and guest engagement.
6. Conduct pre-shift meetings and communicate operational updates in the absence of Outlet Leaders.
7. Ensure proper execution of opening and closing procedures to maintain consistency.
8. Plan and execute special events as directed by senior leadership.
9. Inspect restaurant and kitchen areas regularly to ensure food quality and service standards are upheld.
10. Manage inventory levels, including calculating par stock, ordering supplies, and coordinating deliveries.
11. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards in all FOH and BOH areas, complying with health and safety regulations and laws.
12. Perform additional tasks as assigned by senior leadership.
13. Must be at least 18 years old.
14. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Food & Beverage supervisory role; experience in a private resort or club setting is a plus.
15. Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
16. Strong attention to detail with excellent multitasking and time-management skills.
17. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
18. Physically capable of standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods, and performing repetitive motions such as reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
19. Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
20. ServSafe certification required or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
