Food & Beverage Supervisor (Breezes Restaurant & Bar)

Position Overview

This position is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of assigned F&B outlet(s). It involves overseeing front and back of house team members, maintaining a fun and attractive atmosphere, and ensuring operations adhere to property standards. All food must be ordered, plated, delivered, and rung up according to brand standards.

Essential Duties and Tasks
  • Supervise, motivate, and engage team members, including training and scheduling.
  • Ensure food orders are placed accurately and timely.
  • Adhere to cash handling procedures and standards.
  • Maintain a clean, safe work environment and high guest service standards.
  • Manage inventory and adhere to par levels.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
  • TIPS Certification preferred; required to obtain if offered.
Qualifications

  • Maintain excellent guest service.
  • Monitor and handle guest inquiries.
