Job Summary:

Manage operations of concession stands, ensuring a pleasant guest experience at America's Center and the Dome.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Manage multiple concession stands, assist team members, and maintain safety.
2. Greet guests, respond to questions, and address needs.
3. Understand menu offerings, presentation, and pricing.
4. Control inventory and handle equipment properly.
5. Follow payment and food safety policies.
6. Perform additional duties as assigned.
