Job Summary

The Accident Billing Supervisor is responsible for managing Accident Billing, Asset Fleet Reduction (AFR) billing, invoice accuracy, financial controls, and reporting for both internal and external customers. This role involves managing work analysis, staffing, customer interactions, financial forecasting, quality assurance, and continuous improvement. The focus is on maintaining workflow, meeting productivity standards, and resolving operational issues.

Experience with RPA is a benefit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Accident Billing team, including setting and achieving developmental goals, training, and supporting talent development.
  • Ensure billing processes are accurate and timely, including accidents, ACS closures, unbillable exception analysis, AFRs, 3rd Party Billing, Miami Credits validation, revenue validation, and GL monitoring.
  • Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in cost, productivity, and performance.
  • Lead or participate in projects at various organizational levels.
  • Monitor operational and performance metrics, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions.
  • Participate in hiring, performance management, and rewards; provide coaching and training; manage scheduling, attendance, and payroll.

Additional Information

Salary range: $59,600 - $89,450. Ryder offers comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, paid time off, and a 401(k).
