The Accident Billing Supervisor is responsible for managing Accident Billing, Asset Fleet Reduction (AFR) billing, invoice accuracy, financial controls, and reporting for both internal and external customers. This role involves managing work analysis, staffing, customer interactions, financial forecasting, quality assurance, and continuous improvement. The focus is on maintaining workflow, meeting productivity standards, and resolving operational issues.
Experience with RPA is a benefit.
Salary range: $59,600 - $89,450. Ryder offers comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, paid time off, and a 401(k).
