Q Center is seeking a Full-Time Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team!
Job Summary
The F&B supervisor oversees team members, manages service in dining areas, coffee breaks, banquets, and retail outlets, including setup, service, and breakdown. They assign duties during shifts, ensure tasks are completed accurately and timely, and work closely with the event planning and culinary teams to ensure quality service and guest satisfaction. They also assist in staff training, motivation, coaching, and monitor expenses and labor costs.
The schedule varies and includes days, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
Starting rate is $22.00/hour.

Education & Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent and/or related experience preferred
- At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field required
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Knowledge of food prep, bar terminology, wine service
- Basic computer skills required
- BASSET and Food Handler certifications or equivalent required
Physical Requirements
- Flexible, long hours sometimes required
- Medium work exerting up to 50 pounds, and/or 20 pounds frequently
- Ability to stand during entire shift

- Supervise Dining Room Attendants
Banquets
- Act as guest liaison during events
- Ensure banquet setup per BEO
- Supervise setup and service
- Conduct pre-function meetings
- Monitor ongoing functions
- Collaborate with departments
- Manage inventory and requisitions
- Handle beverage service and checks
- Supervise cleanup and breakdown
- Complete tip reports
Coffee Breaks
- Supervise attendants
- Maintain coffee quality and temperature
- Communicate with event planners
- Manage inventory and breakdown
Retail Outlet
- Oversee retail operations
- Assist in service as needed
- Monitor and maintain inventory
- Ensure proper check settlement
- Supervise staff and ensure standards
- Handle end-of-night duties
