Job summary

NDM Hospitality is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead daily operations in our Florida location. The role focuses on ensuring guest satisfaction, quality standards, and revenue goals while supervising staff and coordinating with kitchen and service teams.

You will manage inventory, schedules, and basic accounting tasks, and support development opportunities within the department. Previous supervision or senior restaurant experience is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year as a Food and Beverage Supervisor/manager or 3 years restaurant experience
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
• ServSafe manager certification
• Responsible alcohol service certification
