Job summary

OUTRIGGER Resorts & Hotels in Hawaii seeks dedicated hospitality team members who embody the Aloha spirit and deliver exceptional guest service.

The role focuses on assisting guests, supporting the Food & Beverage Manager, promoting food and beverage sales, and ensuring safety and high quality in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of prior experience working in F&B (supervisory preferred).
• Experience in a fast-paced environment is required.
• Must be able to work flexible days and shifts and have a service-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests in accordance with Outrigger policies and procedures.
• Support the Food & Beverage Manager/Director in day-to-day service operations and collaborate with other managers to promote sales of F&B products.
• Ensure quality food and service is provided to guests and maintain department safety.

Job Duties

Exemplifies the image of “Aloha” while assisting guests in accordance with Outrigger policies and procedures. Supports the direction of the Food & Beverage Manager/Director in day-to-day service operations and collaborating with other managers in promoting the sales of food & beverage products. Responsible for ensuring quality food and service is provided to all guests and maintaining safety of the department and guests.
