Job summary

Outrigger Hospitality Group in Honolulu is seeking a kitchen team member to support guest services with aloha. You will help maintain a clean, efficient kitchen and assist with food preparation while upholding Outrigger policies.

This role requires flexibility in shifts, a service-oriented attitude, and the ability to work well with others. Base pay starts at $30.17 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth across properties.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a clean and workable kitchen area by washing dishes and ensuring supplies are ready for service.

Job Duties

Exemplifies the image of “Aloha” while assisting guests in accordance with Outrigger policies and procedures. Ensures a clean and workable kitchen area at all times by scraping food from dirty dishes, pots, pans, plates, glasses, flatware, service ware, etc. and washing them by hand and or dishwasher.

Must be able to work flexible days and shifts and have a strong service oriented attitude and able to work well with others.
