Job summary

Outrigger Hotels Hawaii is hiring for a front‑of‑house F&B role within its resort operations. You will greet guests with genuine aloha, support daily service, and work with managers to drive food and beverage sales while upholding safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in F&B, can work flexible shifts, and brings a guest‑centric attitude. Base pay starts at $34.37 per hour with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Job Duties

• Exemplifies the image of “Aloha” while assisting guests in accordance with Outrigger policies and procedures.
• Supports the direction of the Food & Beverage Manager/Director in day-to-day service operations and collaborating with other managers in promoting the sales of food & beverage products.
• Responsible for ensuring quality food and service is provided to all guests and maintaining safety of the department and guests.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of prior experience working in F&B (supervisory preferred) and working in a fast pace environment.
• Must be able to work flexible days and shifts and have a strong service oriented attitude and able to work well with others.

Base pay starts at $34.37
