Job summary

OUTRIGGER Resorts & Hotels in Hawaii is seeking hospitality-oriented staff to provide food and beverage service across restaurant, banquet, and poolside settings. You will take orders, deliver items, and strive to exceed guest expectations with a friendly, professional demeanor.

Applicants must be able to work flexible days and shifts and obtain TB clearance within the last 12 months. Eligible for health benefits, retirement plans, paid leave, and training opportunities.

• Experience in food and beverage service preferred.
• Able to work flexible days and shifts.
• TB clearance required within last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and/or beverages in a friendly, courteous, timely and professional manner including banquet, restaurant, and poolside orders.
• Take and deliver orders per Outrigger policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with team to maintain high service levels and guest satisfaction.

Job Duties

Exemplifies the image of “Aloha” while assisting guests in accordance with Outrigger policies and procedures. Service of food and/or beverage to include the order-taking and delivery of any food and/or beverage items in a friendly, courteous, helpful, timely and professional manner. Services to include but not limited to banquet functions, restaurant, and poolside orders.

Must be able to work flexible days and shifts and have a strong service oriented attitude and able to work well with others. A TB Clearance issued in the last 12 months will be required.
