We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead the restaurant team at our amazing property. This is a highly visible role that allows for guest interaction and ensures an exceptional food and beverage experience in our hotel.

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will:

• Lead, coach, and direct team members to create a memorable guest experience.
• Oversee shifts, manage schedules, and ensure adherence to Hyatt's food and beverage standards.
• Assist with training, payroll, and interviewing processes.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and gain exposure to other operational areas, fostering professional growth and cross-department development.
