Job description

Job Description

We are looking to hire a Call Center RETENTION Supervisor for our charming call center department located in Miami Lakes. This position is Monday through Friday, morning shift, with occasional overtime.

  1. Data-oriented approach
  2. 5+ years of experience in Customer Service Supervision, including de-escalations
  3. Strong de-escalation skills
  4. Excellent customer service and communication skills
  5. Proven leadership and conflict resolution abilities
  6. Highly motivated call center and sales supervisor
  7. Proactive, energetic, with team motivation skills
  8. Ability to develop underperforming representatives into management potential
  9. Strong communication and presentation skills
  10. Experience in outbound/inbound conflict de-escalation in call centers
  11. Training and development in call center relations
  12. Ensure representatives understand and adhere to call center objectives, standards, and policies
  13. Collaborate with management to support representatives and enhance customer satisfaction
  14. Meet or exceed KPIs such as AHT, sales, quality monitoring, and adherence through weekly development
  15. Must pass a criminal background check and drug test
