Location: We are seeking a Beverage Supervisor for Keystone Centre operation in Miami Gardens, FL.

Sodexo Live! at Hard Rock Stadium is a global entertainment destination, home of the Miami Dolphins, University of Miami football, Orange Bowl, Super Bowl LIV, the 100th NFL anniversary, international soccer, and other world-class events. It was designed to embrace all that South Florida offers, providing unparalleled live experiences.

Main Function:

The ideal candidate must be highly driven, maintain a positive attitude, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The Beverage Supervisor oversees all event operations, including setup, service, and breakdown.

The top priority is to ensure successful events that uphold Hard Rock Stadium standards while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Essential Responsibilities

• Collaborate with restaurant & events managers on all event-specific operations.
• Communicate clearly with warehouse, catering, concessions, suites, and other departments to ensure prompt service.
• Ensure all necessary items and equipment are prepared, transported, cleaned, and stored after events.
• Oversee setup, service, and breakdown of all event items including tables, chairs, linens, beverages, catering, concessions, and equipment.
• Supervise in-house and outsourced staff during all event aspects to meet service standards.
• Reinforce service procedures and departmental SOPs for flawless events.
• Handle beverage equipment and vendor items safely.
• Keep management informed of departmental issues.
• Assist with inventory, cleaning, and organizing equipment.
• Ensure proper care of all equipment and inventory, including glassware, silverware, and linens.
• Work in various food and beverage service roles as needed.
• Maintain proper stock levels of catering equipment.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and storage practices.
• Drive company vehicles within event areas safely.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications/Skills

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in related fields or equivalent training preferred.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Legal alcohol service certification required.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in banquets or special events management preferred.
• Supervisory experience and strong customer service skills required.
• Effective communication, coaching, organizational skills, and computer literacy.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Other Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and maneuver in tight spaces.
• Extended or irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
