ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The following duties may be assigned as necessary:

• Supervise Food & Beverage outlets and manage daily shift operations. Support and monitor performance and profit goals.
• Create effective schedules, control labor costs, meet staffing goals, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist in departmental budget planning, provide recommendations, ensure compliance, and report concerns.

• Promote and demonstrate superior customer service, ensuring standards are followed and addressing issues promptly. Achieve department customer service goals.
• Enforce all applicable gaming laws and regulations related to the Food & Beverage Department.
• Develop and inspect food service procedures and menu items for customer satisfaction.
• Assist in maintaining sanitary and pleasant service environments.
• Monitor inventory and cost control procedures.

• Assist the F&B Manager with administrative tasks.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and report issues.
• Maintain confidentiality of departmental and company matters.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

To perform this role successfully, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience, with at least two years in Food & Beverage and supervisory roles.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with guests and staff diplomatically.
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence.

• Proficiency in math and data interpretation.
• Flexible to work all shifts, including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Effective communication skills for presenting information and responding to questions.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This role may include supervising staff, developing training programs, managing performance, and staffing decisions.

• Staff development and recognition.
• Performance evaluations and coaching.
• Staffing, scheduling, and workflow management.
