• Prepare food and beverage trays and carts in anticipation of incoming orders.
• Retrieve items from kitchen ensuring each order is complete with food, beverages, condiments.
• Welcome guests by serving beverages and breads, replenishing as needed to ensure satisfaction.
• Refresh tables and reset service-ware to maintain a welcoming environment.
• Replenish and restock side-stands to maintain smooth operations.
