Join our team as a Food & Beverage Restaurant Manager at JDM Golf, LLC.

Located at the Adobe Clubhouse at the Arizona Biltmore Golf Club in Central Phoenix, we offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner in a welcoming golf club atmosphere, along with hosting banquets and events to create memorable experiences.

Job Summary

Under general supervision, the Food and Beverage (F&B) Manager will oversee all aspects of the Adobe Bar & Grille’s food and beverage operations during assigned shifts, ensuring exceptional service and quality. This hands-on role requires proactive management and leadership of daily operations.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee food and beverage operations, aligning with strategic goals
  • Develop and implement operational policies and standards
  • Supervise, mentor, and train staff, conducting performance evaluations
  • Ensure food safety and sanitation compliance
  • Address guest complaints promptly and professionally
  • Manage inventory, costs, and supplies
  • Schedule staff effectively and participate in cross-training
  • Oversee events and audits, serve as Manager on Duty as needed
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred; HSD/GED required
  • 3-5 years in food and beverage management, preferably in golf or resort/hotel settings

Requirements
  • Computer proficiency with POS and HR systems

Additional Information

Regular attendance required; additional hours, including weekends and holidays, may be necessary. Physical demands include standing, walking, lifting, and working in varied environments.
