Job Title: Assistant Restaurant Manager - Four Peaks

While this position is advertised for Four Peaks, you may be assigned to any of our restaurants with an open Assistant Restaurant Manager role.

We are passionate food travel experts committed to bringing authentic and exciting restaurant experiences to airports. Our locations include Four Peaks, PHX Beer Co., Tarbell's Tavern, Pei Wei, Dunkin Donuts, Humble Pie, and more, within Sky Harbor Airport.

Responsibilities
  • Train, develop, and communicate with the front and back of house teams.
  • Implement and uphold guest service standards and brand specifications.
  • Maintain merchandising, display, signage standards, and monitor inventory.
  • Develop daily goals, tasks, and team member assignments.
  • Evaluate team performance and provide feedback and disciplinary actions as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and health/sanitation standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience in a full-service, bar-inclusive environment.
  • Preferably, 1 year of kitchen management experience in a professional setting.
