Job summary

Windsor Court in New Orleans, LA is seeking a friendly and efficient Food and Beverage Reservationist to join our team. You will answer multiple calls, handle all Food and Beverage reservations professionally, and optimize F&B revenue according to Windsor Court standards.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate reservation records, collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service, and participating in F&B meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
• Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly.
• Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
• Previous experience in a customer service role required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Must be able to show initiative in job performance including anticipating what needs to be done before it becomes a necessity.
• Must routinely meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be effective at listening to understanding and clarifying the concerns and issues raised by co-workers and guests.
• Must be able to work with and understand financial information and data and basic arithmetic functions.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
