Job summary

The Windsor Court is seeking a friendly Food and Beverage Reservationist in New Orleans to manage reservations and respond to calls with courtesy. You will play a key role in optimizing F&B revenue and maintaining accurate guest information.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly.
• Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
• Previous experience in a customer service role required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Must be able to show initiative in job performance including anticipating what needs to be done before it becomes a necessity.
• Must routinely meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be effective at listening to understanding and clarifying concerns raised by co-workers and guests.
• Must be able to work with and understand financial information and data and basic arithmetic functions.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Answering multiple calls during the day and handling all Food and Beverage reservations in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Optimizing F&B revenue according to hotel standards
• Participating in F&B meetings when needed
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
• Maintaining accurate records of reservations and customer information
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
• Being available to work weekends
