Job summary

dnata Catering is seeking a Receiving Clerk to support our supply chain operations. You will receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments of food, beverages, and related supplies to ensure accuracy and quality.

Responsibilities include breaking down skids, replenishing stock, organizing refrigerated and dry storage with FIFO, and assisting with inventory checks while adhering to HACCP and safety policies. A high school diploma or GED with 2+ years storeroom experience is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems or inventory software.
• Competency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays when needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries from suppliers and verify against purchase orders for accuracy and quality.
• Break down skids and store raw materials correctly.
• Fill requisitions from stock in a timely manner for food and non-food items.
• Restock, rotate, and organize inventory following FIFO procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized storage areas and dispose of refuse as required.
• Assist with inventory checks and audits and support HACCP and food safety policies.
