AtkinsRéalis USA Inc. in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Project Manager/Owner's Representative for food and beverage projects. The role focuses on managing preliminary engineering, preconstruction activities, and coordinating with clients, engineers, and contractors.

The position requires strong leadership, contract knowledge, and the ability to manage complex programs across multiple sites in the Midwest and Southeast regions. Travel is a regular part of the role.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated project management leadership across design, engineering and construction.
• Experience in food manufacturing or agribusiness is preferred.
• Knowledge of contracting strategies, RFPs, bids and GMP processes.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop contracting strategies aligned with project goals and objectives.
• Develop RFPs, facilitate bidding, evaluate bids and recommend awards.
• Review client contracts, advise on risks, and support cost reporting.
• Serve as day-to-day client contact and provide project oversight.
• Provide management and coordination of engineering services throughout assignments.
• Support construction delivery methods and bridging packages up to 30% design.
• Support procurement, cost estimation, and GMP negotiations.
• Provide executive-level reporting on KPIs and project status.
• Travel 25% to 75% to project sites.
