Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Project Manager/Owner's Representative for Food & Beverage projects based in Minneapolis, MN. You will lead multi-disciplined teams, manage contracting strategies, and oversee design through construction while coordinating with clients and engineers.

Ideal candidates bring a strong background in industrial manufacturing, 7+ years of PM experience, and proficiency with project controls, RFP development, and GMP negotiations. Travel to project sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• 7 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated project management leadership in food manufacturing or industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop contracting strategies aligned with project goals and objectives.
• Develop RFPs, facilitate bidding, evaluate bids, prepare scoring matrices, and recommend contract awards.
• Review client contracts, advise on risks, and support GMP negotiations and cost reporting.
• Serve as day-to-day point of contact for clients and provide management of engineering services throughout assignments.
• Provide oversight to planning, scheduling, cost estimation, and project controls.
