Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 4–6 years of professional experience, with 1–3 years in project management.
• CAPM or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Strong understanding of project controls, document control, and contract administration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop project work plans, schedules, and risk logs under supervision.
• Monitor milestones, deliverables, and budgets; assist with invoicing and financial tracking.
• Serve as daily point of contact for clients, contractors, consultants, and internal staff.
• Coordinate across multidisciplinary teams and maintain project documentation.
• Prepare meeting materials, minutes, and follow‑up actions.
